I’ve known Lisa since Dianne and I moved the family back to Cleveland in 2010. As Director of Care Services for The ALS Association Northern Ohio Chapter, Lisa is an angel on Earth for families whose world’s have been turned upside down by an ALS diagnosis. She’s literally seen everything – and has the necessary ‘street cred’ to win over even the most hard-headed ALS patients, like Barry Winovich.
